🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • We currently ship within the United States and Mexico.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.

  • Standard delivery time is usually 3–7 business days within the U.S., depending on carrier and destination.

  • You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped.

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at novacarecosmetics.official@gmail.com with your order number and photos if applicable. We’ll help you resolve it with the carrier as quickly as possible. However, once the carrier has the package we are not longer responsible for damages or lost.

  • Ensure your shipping address is entered correctly. We cannot replace items shipped to incorrect addresses.
